  • Processing Time: Approximately 10 business days from order confirmation to dispatch. This accounts for manual sourcing and international logistics.
  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins. Cancellations requested after sourcing has started will incur a restocking fee due to the complexity of returning items to our Japanese suppliers.
  • Condition Guarantee: All cards are sourced as Near Mint (NM) or better. We do not ship cards with visible wear, creases, or edge damage.

  • What if cards arrive damaged? We photograph and document condition before shipping. Damage caused in transit is covered — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Will there be duplicates? Yes - and quite frequently. We cannot guarantee no duplicate bundles (except in 5) - otherwise you'll likely see repeats.
