Buylist Terms

These terms apply when you sell cards to PokePals through our bulk buylist or our individual card buylist. By ticking the terms box and submitting either buylist form, you agree to them. In these terms, "we", "us" and "PokePals" mean PokePals, and "you" means the person selling the cards.

1. Your submission

1. Any price shown by our calculator or pricing tool is an estimate based on our current buylist rates. It is not a final offer.
2. The minimum value for bulk buylist submissions is £15. We may decline submissions below this after counting.
3. You must be 18 or over to sell to us. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must submit the form and receive the payment.
4. You confirm that you own the cards, that they are genuine, and that you are entitled to sell them.
5. We may decline any submission at our discretion before the cards are sent.

2. Before you send

1. After you submit, we will message you to confirm your submission and send shipping instructions. Please do not post your cards until you have received this confirmation.
2. Your rates are held for 14 days from our confirmation. Parcels arriving after that may be priced at the rates in force when they arrive.
3. Please include a note inside the parcel with your full name and buylist reference (it starts with "PP").
4. If your parcel does not include your name and reference, it may take us longer to identify it, and this can delay your count and payment.

3. Postage and packaging

1. Please follow the shipping instructions in our confirmation message.
2. Pack your cards securely so they are not damaged in transit. We recommend a tracked and insured service.
3. Cards remain your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in the post.

4. Receiving and counting

1. We will message you to confirm when your parcel has arrived.
2. We count your cards within 7 business days of confirming receipt. Parcels are processed in the order they arrive. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
3. We pay for what we receive. If the quantities, card types or condition differ from your submission, we will send you a revised offer before paying.
4. We buy cards in played condition or better. Cards that are creased, bent, water damaged, written on, or otherwise heavily damaged may be paid at a reduced rate or excluded.
5. Cards placed in the wrong category will be paid at the rate for their correct category.
6. Counterfeit, proxy or altered cards will not be paid for. We will let you know if we find any, and return them to you at your cost, or dispose of them if you ask us to.

5. Revised offers

1. If we send you a revised offer, you can accept it, or decline it and have your cards returned.
2. If you decline, return postage is at your cost.
3. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of sending a revised offer, we will treat it as accepted and pay you the revised amount.

6. Payment

1. We pay by bank transfer only, once your count is complete within the 7 business day counting window.
2. Please make sure the bank details you give us are correct. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details you have provided.
3. Ownership of the cards passes to PokePals once payment has been sent.

7. Your information

1. We use the details you give us only to process your buylist submission, contact you about it, and pay you. We keep records of submissions for our accounts.

8. General

1. We may update our buylist rates and these terms at any time. The terms in force when you submit apply to your submission.
2. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
