Return Policies

All items are listed as their natural condition - we're not a specialised grading company, and we do not offer guarantees on a card being a '1' or a '10' - this is entirely up to personal opinion.

We consider Near Mint (NM) or Excellent to be pack fresh, this takes in to consideration the quality of the corners, the surface of the card - it does not take in to consideration the cards centering. If you need images of cards before you purchase, please contact us.

We accept returns on the basis the card is sent back in the condition received, must be in the same sleeve, and semi rigid / top-loader (these are security marked). We do not accept returns on any opened sealed product - booster boxes, collections, tins, booster packs etc.

Shipping Policies

All items are sent in a sleeve, semi rigid / top-loader. You may receive multiple cards in a single sleeve and/or top-loader. All items are sent in a do not bend C4/C5 cardboard backed envelope, and we pride ourselves in our items arriving in great condition.

Items are sent every day Monday to Friday. We do not guarantee same day dispatch, but we aim to get most things processed within 1 business day.

Orders over £20 are tracked and sent Tracked 24, tracking will be provided upon processing and labelling of your item. Everything else is sent second class unless shipping has been upgraded.
